I can’t say enough amazing things about Stacie. She helped us plan our dream wedding in Lawrence and I will forever be grateful to she and her team. Stacie made my mom and I feel so comfortable - it was like we had known her for years! When the stress got high, she reminded us to relax and that we had it all under control. Her team decorated our venue (Abe & Jake’s) and it was BEAUTIFUL. She was my timekeeper at the wedding and she kept everything on track in the most calm, cool and collected way. Stacie had so many creative ideas and really listened to what my vision was for the big day. She made it come to life! I was shocked when I realized that all of our décor was packed away and made it back to my parents house the next day. We were having so much fun on the dance floor that I didn’t even notice she and her team cleaning the whole place up! Stacie handled all of our final vendor communication and I can’t imagine having to have done that myself weeks before the wedding. Hire Love in Lawrence - you will NOT regret it!!!

Stacie and her team are absolutely fantastic. If you’re getting married in Lawrence, she likely already knows your venue and most of your vendors, which made the coordination process so much easier. We did the ‘day of’ package but it honestly felt like so much more - she coordinated with all of our vendors in advance, set-up a clear timeline for the day, brought the girls lunch while we were getting ready, decorated our venue, made sure my husband and I and the wedding party got food and drinks during the cocktail hour, and designed and printed a bunch of random items like programs, table cards, place cards, etc. I also loved her waste management add-on service where she donates any leftover food / flowers. In the days and weeks leading up to the wedding, I was truly never stressed that we were forgetting anything, and on the day of, she managed to keep us on track with timing without being overbearing. I highly recommend Stacie to anyone looking for a wedding planner in Lawrence.

My husband and I hired Stacie and her team to help in the planning stages of our wedding and for day of services. Yes, these services ended up being a large chunk of our budget, but I honestly can say it was completely worth it, especially the day of services. I am someone prone to anxiety, but after Stacie and Zoe arrived on our wedding day they seamlessly took over the setup and vendor coordination and allowed me to enjoy getting ready knowing that everything was taken care of. Stacie made sure the whole evening flowed smoothly and kept us on schedule. In the planning stages Stacie and her team were a huge help in finding vendors that offered what we wanted at reasonable prices and would work with our remote family owned farm setting. Stacie also was very helpful in figuring out the layout for the event and making tasteful styling suggestions. In the end my husband and I completely loved our wedding and I would absolutely recommend hiring the Love in Lawrence team.

Stacie and Caroline are absolutely amazing. We got to plan out every aspect of what we wanted our wedding to be, and then they took the reins so that we had nothing to worry about. Stacie connected us with so many of our vendors and made that entire process feel possible. They got along great with our family and friends, who very much appreciated the itinerary Stacie provided and that she and Caroline were so easy to communicate with. They were responsive to any and all communication we threw at them (even when we were at our wit’s end) and they always had a solution. I only wish the day never came to an end!

I heard of Stacie by recommendation from our decorator and I don’t know what we would have done without her - she did all the things you would want from a coordinator but in addition to that I have continued to learn more and more of how she went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. For example:
-helping setup decorations at the rehearsal dinner when we were behind
- picking up sandwiches for the bridal party’s lunch
- bringing drinks to everyone in the wedding party throughout the reception
- refilling waters at all the tables at the reception
- picking up pizza for the afterparty
- making sure the bride’s family was sat at the correct table when there was a mixup with table numbers
- having the staff bring walk the cake pops around because people didn’t see them where they were stationed
- going all the way up to the bridal suite (which was a hike) to get the groom’s grandmother a late night cup of coffee
There is plenty more to be said about what a great job she did, but these are just a few of the things that stand out!

Stacie made our dream wedding an absolute pleasure to plan not once but twice. After having most details complete we had to cancel due to Covid. We rescheduled for the following year and just months before our date the venue cancelled. Stacie kept track of everything, was professional and thorough, and lots of fun to work with. She always answered emails, text, or calls promptly. The day of I was able to relax with my family knowing she was working hard to make everything run smoothly. When we started the process of planning our wedding, we knew that we didn’t want to have to worry about anything on the day of. After looking at various “Day of Coordination” services, we decided to go with Love in Lawrence. Stacie was welcoming and professional from the first time we spoke with her. She made sure to answer all of our questions we had leading up to the big day. Once we were about six weeks out, she met with us to go over all the details that we had planned to be sure she understood exactly what our vision was and how she needed to execute. From that moment, Stacie took over all vendor communication and began working on the day of timeline. It was a huge load off of our shoulders. Once our big day arrived, Stacie continued to ensure we didn’t have to do a thing, other than enjoy it. She was on site to check in all vendors and direct them to where they needed to be. She stepped in to help set up all decorations so we didn’t have to worry about it. During our ceremony and reception, Stacie made it very clear to us that she wanted our wedding party and immediate family to enjoy ourselves and not have to do anything. As we got to the end of the evening, Stacie took all of the decor down and made sure it all got back to our hotel room. She even decorated our hotel suite and left cute little goodies for us when we turned in for the night. I could talk for days about how much Stacie added to our wedding. I honestly don’t think it would have been the same without her. If you are looking for a professional who is a great person with a wonderful heart, Stacie and Love in Lawrence is your move. We are so grateful for her services and would recommend her to anyone who needs help on the day of or for the entire planning process.

We were married at Cider Gallery in Dec. 2017 and we could not have done any of it without Stacie. We worked with Stacie for complete and total planning - she handled it all! I cannot thank her enough for all the work she did and for putting up with my crazy ideas! Get ten 7ft+ trees into an art gallery for a formal - but casual feeling - winter gathering of our closest friends and family with great food and music? Not a problem! She read my mind and guided us in all the right directions and it turned out to be the most perfect evening. From her impeccable vision boards to her attention to detail and her ability to calm me down - she was absolutely incredible. On top of that - her wonderful husband Adam custom built all of the stands for our trees to sit in that blended right in. So much love for her!

Stacie is a rock star of a wedding planner! We had a beautiful wedding at Cider Gallery in April 2021 that went smoothly all thanks to Stacie’s expertise and hard work. She guided us from the very beginning, helping us figure out our overall vision, decoration plans, which vendors to select, and even provided a detailed itinerary of our wedding day. We had regular FaceTime calls during the planning stage, figuring out and organizing all of the details, and Stacie provided a budget spreadsheet with ongoing cost updates, and a decor plans in PDF format to help visualize the day.

On the day of the wedding, she was at the venue super early to set up the decorations and coordinate the vendors, then she stayed the whole day to coordinate the ceremony and reception, and stayed long after the wedding to tear down and clean up. On top of all that, we also had a luncheon event earlier in the day that Stacie also went above and beyond to help setup, decorate, and coordinate! She fielded all questions and resolved any snafus with our vendors so my husband and I could have fun and completely focus on our day without worry.

As stated, she’s an absolute rock star. We heard nothing but praise in the week following the wedding from our guests. They were very impressed by how smooth the day went. I can guarantee this was only possible due to Stacie’s hard work. Thank you so much!!

Stacie was truly wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond to bring our vision to life and ensure we had an amazing wedding. She was flexible and invaluable throughout the whole planning process. She helped to create a design plan and was our coordinator the day of. She was reassuring, and helped me stay calm when we had to replan everything two months out due to a venue change as a result of COVID. She helped transform our backyard into a beautiful venue. I truly could not have done it without her! She is so great to work with and I would highly recommend choosing her for your big day!

Wow! What a blessing! We asked Stacie to be our day of wedding coordinator and what a tremendous job she did.

Prior to the day of, Stacie met with us on three occasions to go over her services scope, our vision and our combined expectations as well as important to dos.

Stacie was respectful of our ideas and knew when to share her own for inspiration. At the time we were having a hard time figuring out our ceremony events and timeline, Stacie shared her personal ceremony details with us and it helped us to finish writing our own.

Stacie was always professional and made us feel and believe our day would be perfect.

Our wedding day truly was the most perfect day. Stacie came to the Oread bridal suite with a big smile, calming demeanor and the food I ordered for the bridesmaids. I felt like I was seeing an old friend who always had it together, my nerves were instantly calmed.

Our ceremony was at Danforth Chapel on campus and our reception was at The Oread. we had two hours max for set up, ceremony and cleanup at the chapel. Stacie took our florals and special items to Danforth and transported them back to The Oread and it was completely seamless.

Stacie took care of my now husband and me on our wedding day; we didn’t have to think about anything. We LOVED our day together knowing that Stacie would take care of all the big and little details.

Our reception was gorgeous, we trusted her with complete confidence that she could make any decisions to make it look beautiful. We were surprised in the best way with all of the small additions she made! We were wowed again and again!

When we got to our room after a night of fun with family and friends we were welcomed to a spotless room with our floral arrangements surrounding us, sweet little gifts and thoughtful notes.

We were sad when the weekend was over because we wouldn’t be seeing our dear friend, Stacie for another weekend of love and fun.

Stacie was the coordinator for our daughter’s wedding in September. While I initially balked at the expense of a wedding planner, it was definitely money well spent. Two months prior to the wedding, we were completely changing plans due to COVID. Not only that, but several unexpected life events disrupted plans, right up to an hour before the ceremony. Through it all, Stacie was calm and professional, offering suggestions and ideas all along the way. With her help, our daughter and now son-in-law had a beautiful and memorable wedding.
